Technology is quite dynamic with many changes adventure all over the world that aim at enhancing ways of doing business. Managing IT-related projects will therefore require mortal who is highly dynamic in regards to their general outlook of things as well as be equal to timely capture emerging trends. Furthermore, project management in the IT sector is requiring managers to embrace the globalisation position of doing business and current marketing strategies of customers in the highly competitive global arena.
